I was hoping for Ken Paxton for AG, someone with a proven track record and experience. As a physician I am nervous about RFK who seems to me to be a bit of a nut.
Ken Paxton lost his mind long time ago. He filed baseless election fraud cases in 2020 against other states and it was too laughable that all 9 justices dismissed it without even hearing it. He also filed that laughable challenge to ACA when it the monetary mandate became zero and you no longer have to pay a dime, Paxton came up with a gotch theory and Justice Thomas laughed at him and crashed him. He became like an activist liberal seeking results by ignoring the laws.

I soured on Noem when she punted on the trans issue. The puppy killing and the stupidity of putting it in her book didn't do her any favors with me either. On the other hand, as I said elsewhere, if she can murder a puppy, she probably won't get squeamish about deporting people. But who knows? So glad to hear that Vance was a reason people voted for Trump. I met Vance twice, once before he got elected to the Senate and once after but before VP nomination. I was very impressed. He is real and not a beltway guy and genuinely fun and engaging. Now that he is VP, I won't have those same opportunities and I can honestly say I will miss that but happy to trade that for what I think he can do for the country.
