Thank you Ann, I popped into a BP garage here in England on Monday, the background Christmas music playing. Rudolf the Red nosed reindeer, sung by Gene Autry, what a fun little song that has remained a Christmas classic for all these years, especially when sung by Gene! Complements of the season to you and all your Substack readers.
Thank you Ann! Rudolph is a really good Christmas story about the battle of the bullies and sends a message of strength. Happy New Year 2025 to you and yours!
This reminds me of hearing Mel Torme at the Sans Hotel in las Vegas, 1975. Before he played and sang The Christmas Song, Chestnuts On an Open Fire, he thanked everyone for making him a millionaire every year around Christmas Time. He was a great writer/composer/musician.
Thank you Ann and a very merry Christmas to you! I love the painting with your article. Nowadays we get too much “Jingle Bells Rock”and not enough about the true event of Christmas!
Thank you Ann, and Merry Christmas to you and your family!

Sometimes even The New York Times tells the truth.

Listening to Rudolph and the other Christmas classics is as renewing as bathing with a bar of Ivory.
Merry Christmas Ann 👍👋
