Agree. Now let’s make judges wear cameras in the courtroom and arrest and convict them like we do cops. You let a 2 time rapist go and he rapes again? Sorry judge you had your chance to get him off the streets. If we could arrest or file civil suits against judges perhaps they would value the victims a bit more.
I have been eagerly looking forward to Anthony Blinken being charged with election interference for preparing and getting 51 so called intelligence and former intelligence officials to sign a letter saying the Biden laptop was Russian misinformation when the FBI etc knew it was not! He seems to have been made Secretary of State as payment for that too!
If these criminals are not held to account the Demoncrats will feel free to do it again and again. They may even bring Mayorkas back to let all the monsters Trump has exiled back in!
1000% plus behind this! Mayorkis and the whole Democrat/Biden cabal is complicit! WE MUST HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE LEST WE SEE THIS AGAIN!! I think the trial publicity would be great too!!
Thanks Ann for saying the quiet part (and thoughts of many of us) out loud!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
WTF are Trump's underlings waiting for? Noem said yesterday that she is going to start polygraphing people to find out who's leaking; Bongino said on his podcast at least a year ago that that should be step one.
And what of all the evidence that he and Kash have talked about regarding the multiple lies in the Schiff memo? Recall Schiff reading into the record that the Trump phone call consisted of 'nice country you have there, be too bad if you didn't quid pro quo me,' only to have that demolished when Trump released the transcript of the call.
And it is just sickening to watch Congress do nothing to codify any of Trump's EOs. If the US isn't careful, it is going to become as corrupt as Canada.
Thank you Ann for this strong stance. Agree. I appreciate the information links—“The Rules of Professional Conduct define fraud as conduct that “has a purpose to deceive…….misrepresentations meet the definition and call into question candor, trustworthiness, and honesty.” Sorely lacking in some previous presidential administration(s). How the left chooses to deceive, waste time, hours, and most of all precious lives (unborn and born) is heartbreaking.
"...define fraud as conduct that “has a purpose to deceive"
that reminded me of David Schippers' testimony during the Clinton impeachment days, parts of which I quoted in my Political Studies class Reserach Essay at the UofS. This was probably due to Ann bringing it to my attention through her weekly column at the time; she featured prominently in my supporting footnotes / endnotes. The prof gave me an 85, if memory serves, saying that he didn't support my argument but that wasn't the point of the essay; the point was to follow the instructions he had given and I did that (or at least 85% of his instructions.....lol)
Specifically, Schippers said that Clinton was most certainly guilty of perjury and thus deserving of removal from office for High Crimes because 'the essence of perjury is the intent to deceive. By saying he had been in the Oval Office 'a couple times' with Monica when he knew it was many more times, he intended to deceive. If you tell someone you went to the store once or twice but you had in fact gone 25 times, you are being deceptive.'
So the standard for public office was knowingly and deliberately evaporated because of a 'good economy,' paving the way for the likes of Senator Clinton, President Obamonkey, President Xiden, Bernanke stein and Yellen stein, Barney Frank, Fauci and Birx....etc ad nauseum.
It was good for them, but not so good for the citizens who had to live under their rule and now try to navigate their way through daily events by Institutions whose trust has been similarly evaporated.
I'm with Ann. Mayorkas must be hanged, as much for deterrence as for justice.
Do a prisoner exchange. Swap Mayorkas for the Maryland man in El Salvador. Then after the left spikes the ball, send Maryland man back to El Salvador as an illegal alien. 😎
Excellent article Ann! Mayorkas should be treated like a zookeeper who intentionally opened up the cages and let the wild animals out. If animals mauled anyone, that zookeeper would be found guilty of murder.
Mayorkas should be prosecuted but Pam Bondi is too busy giving interviews on FOX. And even though nobody is above the law (except Democrats) since Mayorkas is Jewish he is. For to hold Mayorkas accountable for his actions would be "anti-semitism" and he will speechify about being the son of holocaust survivors just as he did when GOP Senators savaged him for his lawless border policies.
Besides Mayorkas has plenty of ultra left wing allies on the federal courts as well as virtue signaling "conservative" justices that would give him the lightest sentence possible.

How Mayorkas closes his eyes at night is beyond me, perhaps we can send him back to Cuba.
Serial killers often keep souvenirs. Rather than feel guilt, they treasure their crimes. Cuba wouldn't be nearly bad enough for Mayorkas.

"Trump's got to prosecute him for murder."
Agreed, 100%! At the very least, he knowingly aided illegal entry, leading to rapes, robberies and death of multiple people.

Prosecute him for something and raid Biden’s house with armed FBI agents.
Until some of these traitors swing from a rope nothing changes. Pick one and make an example!!

Add Fauci to the list. There is no statute of limitations on treason.

Mayorkas is likely an accomplice to murder in every state in America, at least all of the lower 48. Try him in state courts.
Mayorkas is as innocent a patriot as Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were and Mayorkas deserves the same outcome as the Rosenbergs.
I'm not going to hold my breath
It is hard to argue with this logic. But I would settle for a lessor crime if it could be applied to everyone in the DEI racket. 🤷♂️
