many of us see it, but we aren't allowed to state the glaringly obvious or we'll get canceled. and others simply don't want it to be the truth... they'd rather hate on white people, so they tell themselves that's who's responsible.

And, yesterday, a 24-year-old 2-year veteran Hispanic cop with an expecting child, was murdered in Selma, California. The shooter “has a criminal history” and wears his resume on his face and neck.

I'm a millennial but my grandparents were well spoken, had excellent almost Elizabethan penmanship, and had hobbies like gardening or oil painting. Even the most uneducated black sharecropper had a dignity and sense of morality that would be closer in demeanor to Queen Elizabeth II than that of the modern black American.
Off the top of my head the solution could include among other things:
1. Compulsory parochial class (love thy neighbor, serve others) in all schools until graduation and 26 - 52 hours of 1 hour chapel attendance required each year. No one can be forced to believe just to attend and go through the motions.
2. Dunedin/ Country club/HOA like enforcement in every mid size and major city of the public environment (no broken windows allowed, no graffiti, no indecent art). Dress code enforcement of all public/government places and private business. If the people and places look like trash others are more likely to behave poorly. A criminal will not get dressed to rob a store.
3. Capital punishment. Mike Walsh made some good points about Singapore.
4. Jamaica-like bans on rap/degenerate music for everyone under 18.
5. A word based society where saying one will do something means they actually will. If citizens can trust their family, town, government to keep their word then delayed gratification will be easier for black youth who often have poor impulse control.
6. All kids K - grade 12 need to be kept busy. Compulsory aptitude tests and they should have to play sports, art/music, or an intellectual activity etc. Sex segregated schools and teachers have to be surrogate parents teaching life lessons and showing statistics that show the effects of fatherless homes.
7. All boys 14 and up should have an introduction to a trade or career.
My conclusions are in part based on the following:
