Another White man who can’t say “anti-white” once in his lengthy article, even though that is exactly what he’s criticizing the Democrats and the left wing for being, believing in and practicing.

And so we end up with euphemisms (“anti-American”), cavils and quibbles.

I've said anti-white dozens of times on Ringside. I'll say it again when that's what I mean. Here, I said, and mean, anti-American. It's not a euphemism; it's the awful truth.

Always thought LBJ the worst President in my lifetime policy wise

The party started moving more seriously left during this period. Johnson needed give away domestic policies to offset his extremely unpopular handling of the Vietnam war. It all led inextricably to Biden/Harris: Johnson, carter, clinton, obama, biden, harris. Talk about a death spiral! I keep thinking that descent into decrepitude and incompetence can't continue to accelerate, but so far, I'm always wrong.

A lofty piece from Mr Otis.

LBJ’s expansion of the welfare state may finally be the end of us as Americans (and alleged Americans) dependency on it is now at record levels. This is the appeal of Harris, that she promises a growing nanny state for women, weak men and the hordes of migrants who now scream into social media, broadcasting their demands for “entitlements”. I believe this is how Rome fell—-too many recipient lard butt scammers contributing little to nothing toward GDP.

If Trump loses I have some predictions. Harris will be an incompetent and unpopular President. She will be ripe for the picking in 2028. The Republicans will have to nominate someone who is skilled enough to appeal to both the working class Trump and suburbanite traditional Republican wings of the party. To me that someone is Glenn Youngkin. Mind you my preference is Vance or RDS, but Youngkin had enough skill to win in a blue state. He was able to get the rural voters out on Election Day and comes across as non-threatening to suburbanites. If Trump loses 2028 might be the most interesting GOP primary in decades. I think we will have excellent options

Win or lose this one, the '28 primaries should be interesting. What will be more interesting is whether or not the GOP can grow a spine between now and then.

Trump is done after this election.

Hopefully we know who won by next week. In 2020 it was the Sat. after when PA finished the count.

It might take the Democrats who run the polls and the counting of ballots a good four years to finish counting!

"And it’s true that Trump has only himself to blame for his reckless and law-free behavior on Jan. 6."

Given the ruthless lawfare of the past four years, including a life-shattering rape that happened sometime in the 1990s (victim doesn't recall the year), I'm wondering what illegal behavior of Trump's the Dems missed regarding January 6? There was certainly illegal behavior by others, including whatever Democrat or FBI operative placed the fake bombs at the DNC and near the RNC that were discovered at just the right time to disrupt the vote count at the Capitol. The FBI's Washington field office, under the leadership of the same guy who ran the Whitmer faux-kidnapping, just hasn't been able to identify the "bomber."

There is definite pandering to blacks in Philadelphia by Harris/Walz - and they are the dominate race in the city. Kamala's last shot to capture Pennsylvania's electoral votes will be to entertain the people of Philadelphia with predominately black performers. Streets have been shut down for several days in preparation for this "Get Out The Vote" rally and concert.

Here's part of the write up in the Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper:

🎤 Who’s performing at the rally?

"The rally and concert will feature a star-studded cast of musicians and celebrities, many of whom have direct ties to Philadelphia.

Among those expected to perform are Lady Gaga, Ricky Martin, The Roots, DJ Cassidy, Freeway and Just Blaze, Jazmine Sullivan, and Adam Blackstone, according to the Harris campaign. Former talk show host Oprah Winfrey, who interviewed Harris last month, will also speak at the rally, as will Fat Joe and DJ Jazzy Jeff."

Who knows? Maybe Beyoncé will show up. Beyoncé and Jay-Z have both performed at Jay-Z's "Made in America" in Philadelphia on several Labor Day holidays depending on their schedules. They own that area around the Art Museum on Labor Day. Pink (Alicia Moore) grew up in local Bucks County (Doylestown) - her appearance is also possible but she is currently on tour. All of these celebrities will practically ensure Kamala wins Philadelphia. They don't need Taylor Swift.

Kamala won't have to say a thing at this event. She will just flash her winning smile, and it's in the bag.

Just learned Megyn Kelly is speaking in Pittsburgh on behalf of Trump/Vance tonight! Great news - skip the entertainment of Philly and focus on the issues! Ann, you up for a trip to Pittsburgh?

Zionism is incompatible with America's founding vision. This hateful, supremacist ideology must be purged from our halls of power post-haste.

LBJ to me was one of the worse president's. He intentionally passed policies that hurt the African American community and would not stop the Vietnam War.

I like Ann’s point that having Trump as president for another four years means he can’t run again. Rest assured if Trump loses in 2024, he will run again in 2028.

He has said he will not run again, I mean he’d he 84…only democrats run candidates that old

He likely will be suffering some age-related ailments by 2028 which will prevent him from attempting to be the nominee.
