Joy Reid, MSNBC's half witted black supremacist and incorrigible anti-white bigot, is a recipient of black skin privilege. If the media were truly based on merit than Joy wouldn't be anywhere near a microphone. She would be a short order cook or toiling away anonymously in a some white collar profession.
Joy and other prominent blacks like her disprove the late Rush Limbaugh's theorem that once blacks attain success in America they become political conservatives and reject identity politics. The fact that low-I.Q., unfunny and bitter Joy Reid is regularly on TV but a towering, world-class intellect and a genuinely fun, joyous, and spectacularly beautiful Lady like Ann Coulter has been essentially banned from American TV provides another illustration of how breathtakingly stupid TV bosses are. Apparently the boardroom conversation went something like this:
Main TV Boss: "Okay, we need someone to host a time-filler slot that's strong among low-I.Q. Communist America-haters and anti-white racists. This slot is also strong among maximum-security prison inmates, hospitalized accident victims who can't move their hands at all to change the channel and head-injury patients with profound neurological impairments as well as long-term residents in hospitals for the criminally insane. Any ideas?
Underling #1: "That's a tough call...most of the best candidates for a position like that are already on The View."
Underling #2: "How about Angela Davis? She literally supplied weapons for murderers, was referred to as a terrorist by Nixon and was on the FBI's Most Wanted list. She despises America and white people with every fiber of her being and was awarded The International Lenin Peace Prize."
Underling #1: "No TV Network could ever pay her a salary greater than what Leftist colleges are paying her now. The Left absolutely adores her and she would probably decline the offer anyway because she considers TV capitalist."
Main TV boss: "Any racist black women due to be released from SuperMax anytime soon? How about black racist insane asylum escapees?"
Underling #1: "Nope, Biden released them months ago, they immediately re-offended and are in the legal system now. They can't sign contracts for a while."
Underling #2: "Well, I guess we're left with Joy Ann Reid then."
Underling #1: "She's got the anti-white racism down pat, but she's so DAMN stupid...and frighteningly ugly. Can she even form a coherent sentence in English?"
Main TV boss: "She sounds perfect. Hire her immediately and pay her whatever she wants."

As to the point of: "network that canned Chris Matthews (astonishingly, another white male) for telling girls they're pretty" I can tell from my job on Wall st, no one tells a woman some like that, unless to someone who identifies as woman but DNA is male. This is actually encouraged (I heard it at corporate townhall).
I think we all learned telling "she is pretty" is dangerous even to a really pretty one since you never know there's feminist sitting in the same room - you know how the argument will be made by this (not so attractive from inside) individual.
