Still can’t believe it happened. Always thought it was going to stay being one of those subjects used just for political purposes.

I just discovered a leggy blonde laying next to my pillow talking directly to me. I didn’t interrupt her because I didn’t want her to leave, but sadly, she did.

Kamala Harris says that you can get abortions and still have your faith?

That may have flown in 1973 but in 2022 we know that life begins at conception.

It's not as easy as libs claim for ( biological) women to get pregnant.

It's literally hours.

Moving forward to the constitution RBG wanted RoeVsWade over turned and returned to individual states.

You're right about this.

Maybe this will help RED states prevent radical leftists from ruining their ( free) states.

See my legal brief- newsletter on how the MS abortion law violates the Thirteenth Amendment to the Constitution. Mist recent case in SCt on 13rh Amendment describes what is involuntry servitude and includes state coerced labor and dek]livery of a baby against thevwill of the mother. See my nesletter for the 1988 case with an Opinion by Justice Sandra Day O’connor and opinions concurring in the judgment by Brennan, Marshall, Blackmun and Stevens

See: haroldrberk.substack.com

I have asked the Solicitor General and the attorneys for the Respondents to file a Petition for Rehearing if Dobbs under SCt Rule 44 within 25 days if the decision in Dobbs, i.e. June 24, 2022 in order to raise and discuss why the MS abortion law violates the Thirteenth Amendment.

None of the Justices nior the Solicitor General or attorneys for Respondents raised ir discussed the 13rh Amendment. American women are owed a discussion of the application of the 13th Amendment to abortion laws. Even Justices Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Roberts and Barrett should be able to find the Thirteenth Amendment in the Constitution.

The court is imposing on the nation a so-called originalism that will return power to the states, leaving the door open for state lawmakers to get rid of business regulation and gut civil rights, but its originalism also leaves the door open for the federal government to impose laws on the states that are popular with Republicans. Already, the same day that the court handed down a decision striking down Roe v. Wade on the grounds that laws about abortion should come from the states, Republican politicians are calling for a federal law banning abortion everywhere.

Great breakdown of substantive due process. Don't the justices already have private security? Regardless, Ann is right, it should be beefed up. There are only 5 of them and no doubt some psycho would want to kill them.
