I don’t need to like the person I vote for….just their policies. In my local elections my choices are usually bad & worse and I don’t fall over the winner when I see them at lunch. Just this week a city council candidate showed up looking for votes. Another Harvard educated libtard lawyer the other a supervisor for the city bus line. Gee which way do I go😎

I think I’m going to retweet this several times on X. Just last week I was accused of “McCarthyism” for wanting to enforce the law and deport illegals, which among other things you highlighted, will help to solve the housing and crime crises.

Spot on again Ann. These "reporters" are propagandists trying to put things over on people. Even the Garbage Island joke is a scam. There actually is a huge problem with garbage in Puerto Rico. The Dems should be embarrassed rather than feigning indignity. The guy didn't call Puerto Ricans garbage, he called the island garbage filled which apparently it is according to two minutes of research it took me to find that out. This is literally the second article that came up in my Google search (watch it get suppressed) https://www.theenvironmentalblog.org/2024/10/puerto-rico-trash-problem/ It actually proves that Puerto Ricans only matter to Ds when it is time to vote. Democrats have done nothing for them except increase their grocery prices, make their neighborhoods less safe, and their schools terrible. Also, it is pretty ridiculous that Kamala draws the line at calling us garbage when she was calling us Nazis and Fascists two minutes ago. She doesn't even know what a Fascist is. All this talk about why Bezos doesn't want to endorse Harris is missing the mark. I think the real reason is that if he endorsed her, it makes him look like an idiot too.

I like the line from the late Charles Krauthammer, Progressives are really lilliputians holding back progress because they want to be in control by bringing everything down to their level."

I've been using this reasoning since at least 2004. Liberals cannot grasp these simple truths. Also, the more educated a lib is, the dumber they become. It must be the brain washing that is applied at our "prestigious" universities.

I don’t know about that personality claim, Ann. It seems to me that the abortion issue and “our democracy” are 1 and 2.

Plus Trump’s personality actually attracts a lot of voters who are tired of the same old phony sound-bite stiffs the Republicans always used to put up.

Indubitably many others do not like Trump’s personality, but millions and millions of Americans from all over the country and from all walks of life find him very real and very appealing.

The polls say OVERWHELMINGLY it's his personality. I talked about it in one of my recent podcasts, and I think posted a picture of the polls. As for # 1 & 2 - I'm worried you may be correct about ABORTION (as I definitely said in Monday's podcast) but anyone for whom those are the most important issues was never voting GOP anyway.

Trump drove to his rally tonight in a garbage truck.

Now that’s personality.

He took the stage still wearing the orange vest.

And to get the point across that it is not just illegals that are a problem, a woman from the DR with kidney failure comes to US legally 4 months ago. Family claims they had no ideas she had medical issues. She shows up to the ER and needs to start dialysis emergently. Family now applying for Medicaid. No way she is going back to DR. US taxpayer will now be on the hook for $70,000 a year as that is how much dialysis costs. And I am SURE this is known all over Latin America-just get to US and US taxpayer will get stuck with your advanced and expensive medical problems

YES, YES, YES, YES! You cannot believe the expensive medical problems we're taking in -- and then politicians turn around and tell us the govt can't afford to pay full social security and medicare, they're raising the age, and imposing a wealth cut-off ... and, oh yeah, we're running out of money for hurricane relief. Meanwhile, we have to pay for the astronomically expensive medical procedures for every poor person in the western hemisphere. I feel sorry for them, but WE HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF OUR OWN PEOPLE FIRST.

Thank you Ann. Exactly. Why in the world do we cater to these people? Qui, Xi. Whatever. I am annoyed. Why in the world does this person Qui or Xi or whatever get more “air time” than an American born citizen. (Dislaimer, I am personally, familially aware of the why, have kept my mouth shut for too long, am a white, short, small person). Based on skin color, the USA has sold out. To the highest bidder—in our stellar educational institutions, housing, healthcare, most of all, on our highways and by-ways where we cater, yes, cater, to those who cannot see their right from their left—Chinese. My heart tells me, the cartels were willing to carry the Chinese load in order to get up to speed. The legal driving age is sixteen. The legal “drinking age” is 21. Stop. The border crossings as soon as possible. ASAP. Paragraph 16. Spot on.

Thomas Chatteron Williams has been posting quotes and videos about loving immigration, even posting Reagan's farewell speech about how anyone in any part of the world is able to "become an American". (It's a fantastic speech that he would have never given from 2021 onward.) What we are now voting on is not just immigration as a macro concept, it's about unchecked and illegal immigration that is blowing past exhausted federal resources and going against current immigration law and a party that has not cared and benefits from this. This is such a simple concept that people willingly refuse to grasp or acknowledge.

Also, as Ann mentions repeatedly, why are our immigrants 99% Mexican? Isn't diversity our strength? LOL

Ann, the term "gun violence" drives me nuts. Guns don't do anything by themselves; it's people violence. If someone clobbers you in the head with a brick, it is not brick violence. Just sayin....
