One definition of “czar”: “A person appointed by government to advise on and coordinate policy in a particular area.”: This Jay Varma guy( he is a guy I assume) was he the czar of Covid sex and drug parties? Sounds, to me, highly illegal and something factually called sex and drug trafficking.
