I'm so glad that I'm not a landlord or involved in any service industry. Just as Law Enforcement Officers are completely demoralized in so many cities, so also business owners...small and large...are finding that it's just not worth it to try to run a brick and mortar business. As more companies...and hoteliers...close up shop and look for greener pastures, the overall quality of life for decent people is dramatically reduced. Thinking of turning your oversized home into a Bed and Breakfast house to help with the bills? Better consider what you'll do if an undesirable person or group approaches you for accommodation. Refusing service might reward you with a lifetime of crushing litigation...or worse.
As decent people are shocked on a daily basis at the horrors of the Dark Age we're in, they're naturally going to make every effort to protect themselves and their assets....and this changes the entire fabric of life that everyone is able to live.
I’d never run an Airbnb out of my house - what Ann wrote about is one serious issue I’d def be concerned with but the plague of out of control untrained “service mutts” entitled by the ADA to destroy my fully remodeled townhome is almost as big of a fear for me.

In truth I would be delighted with Ann in any position that would allow her to directly and definitively affect and guide major policy in the USA. A brilliant and wonderful Lady such as Miss Coulter needs to be unleashed upon the landscape in a far more tangible way than as a writer and pundit. America and Western Civilization needs her to be directly manipulating the levers of power and I fear that someone with her vision and drive will be the only force that will save our country and bring us into a New Renaissance that is in keeping with the intent of America's Founders.
