So happy he’s not a Supreme Court justice.

Excellent recitation of the facts. Seriously.

The boyfriend actually may have believed he was the subject of a drug robbery, but that’s not something he would or could admit to.

And after participating in a 1000 search warrant executions, we always announced, but never multiple times. Of course, now there is body cam and dealers who employ their own security surveillance. No shading the circumstances of an entry and I’m not suggesting there was here, but any gunshot is going to trigger an immediate response. I hate when municipalities buckle and fork over hostage money and make the cops look culpable.

The police investigation did not surface out of some junkie controlled buy of two dime bags as a pretense to get into the house.

The evidence was substantial. Now, however, they are going up against the Civil Rights Division, the very arm that should protect their lawful actions against an established drug dealer.

Even if they win, their careers are over.

I'm surprised they didn't use the excuse "we didn't want to open the door because the police shoot black people for no other reason than the color of their skin."

Lady Justice is now an openly proud Antifa member, eager to tip her scales in whichever direction suits the Democrat Party's political agenda. The complete lack of pushback from officials...other than a few brave Senators like Rand Paul and President DeSantis...indicates that the entire system has become corrupt and a thorough housecleaning is in order. Such a needed housecleaning may indeed trigger a Civil War, but as you said years ago (in a radio interview given after Leftists attacked you while you were onstage giving a speech) "If Leftists want a street fight, bring it on. We (mainstream Americans) have the men and we have the guns."

Ann, I was over at Townhall reading your impressive bio (again) and marveling over your career, and I am wondering if you had ever seen this Dark Age coming when you were in school or perhaps practicing law? Or, was this simultaneous collapse of the Rule Of Law, basic common sense, the corruption of academia, healthcare, science and the foundations of Society so rapid that there really wasn't much of a hint of it back then?

I'm wondering why Garland would even do this? I'm guessing if the media spins up the right people enough the facts won't matter, and we'll get another derek chauvin or Ahmaud Arbery jury.

He's also probably getting a lot of pressure to "do something" from people inside the DOJ like Vanita Gupta and the like.

This is such an obvious miscarriage of justice, it will be interesting to see how the media play it.

Clearly this police department is not diverse enough or no warrant would ever have been issued. They will be tried in DC and that will be that.

Shame shame...trying to let facts and the truth get in the way of a totalitarian narrative delivered by a gaggle of corrupt senile lunatics at the behest of their treasonous oligarchs

Meanwhile, the Russians and the Chinese are picking through the White House furniture. Otherwise, an admirable show of strength by the Biden Admin.

There isn't a day that goes by I don't thank God they never put that political tool Garland on the Supreme Court. What a disaster that would have been. At least now there's sufficient evidence to prove he's a liar and a toady. I'm not sure how that would have manifested in the SCOTUS.

I wasted about 30 minutes earlier defending you, your law enforcement advocacy and my defense of Trump over the raid. Four cops claiming you don’t care about cops. Had to block the one from Texas and I’m expecting the NYC guys, who’ve followed me over several accounts, to block me. Trump derangement syndrome in the reverse. I pointed out to one, who claimed you never said one good word about Trump, that I didn’t vote Trump in the Primary and that you did, and then I tweeted an Amazon copy of “In Trump We Trust” and told them that I’ve kidded you that it’s the only book I never bought. Anyway, I got in the mud defending both of us (I even suggested Substack and one asked what that is.) and lost it when the TX boy said he was tired of talking to a “college boy.” He has no idea how I’m forced to channel my aggression these days. Some people only understand one thing, an expression my father impressed upon me in my early twenties and it held true my entire life, but there’s no outlet when dealing with a Twitter blockhead.

If police identify the wrong house for a no knock lethal raid, they are grossly endangering the public and should be prosecuted for falsifying affidavits and changing them after the fatal, shooting. If police identify your house and come in with guns blazing, you might be a little upset or dead.
