It seems that in Jamaica they don't have the business-crushing laws that allow people to sue for anything and everything, they don't have the civil rights laws that prevent specific groups from being excluded from interacting in business, and they haven't been terrorized by the Race Mafia.
Instead of being terrified of having her business destroyed if she excludes American blacks she laughs and says thank you, please go somewhere else.
I recall some Christian bakeries and florists in the USA that tried to do that, but they had their businesses and lives destroyed by the Alphabet Mafia because they dared to request that other people respect their beliefs and to please go to another bakery or florist down the street.
The USA is known for being business-friendly worldwide, but it seems that Jamaica can show us (or, rather, the American Bar Association) how things ought to be done in some respects.
She seems to be a nice, friendly Lady who is very welcoming but is only reacting this way because of the way she's been treated. Completely understandable and logical but she would have her business destroyed if she tried to do the same in the USA.
Thank you Ann for posting this...I would be delighted to stay at her resort if I visit Jamaica and send lots of business her way!
The lady clearly differentiates - it's not "black" people. It's not Africans. It's those AMERICAN blacks. And she clearly states her beliefs on why the American blacks behave the way they do (not ALL of them, she emphasizes, but enough that she isn't going to rent to any American blacks). Look out Jamaican lady. You're about to be cancelled.
an ex-girlfriend of mine had an African immigrant living in her building (at that time). she told me that he asked her why black Americans (that he was meeting) have the attitude, the lack of respect, and the sense of entitlement that they do. she didn't know what to tell him, how to explain it to him. and I didn't know what to say, either.
The face of white supremacy gets blacker all the time. If she were white her video would be plastered all over black twitter with incitations to violence and she would lose her bank account and social media accounts.
When I was in college the wife of one of my landlords told me that he refused to rent to blacks since they always trash the units. The mother in law of my first landlord out of college told that me he, too, refused to rent to blacks since they were slow payers and would damage the units.
I will agree that this seems to be a problem with American blacks and probably isn't so much of a problem with African blacks. I personally have had no problems with African blacks and they don't have the massive chip on their shoulder towards white people that many American blacks do.
For about 10 years off-and-on, late 1980s to 2005, I went to Jamaica for vacations. Loved it. Loved the people -- the ones who interacteed with tourists like me, that is.

Thank you Ann for the information. In addition: The correspondence/communication/some may say non-verbal communication: My individual takeaway: “All but two”. A bit premature to me. Thank you for the “total”, may- not-yet-to- be complete information Ann. (Sans color coding and misspellings) To boot. Thank you Ann.
this is unconnected to your comment or my reply, but maybe you'll like it.
As I read some of the general news, which always makes me sick to my stomach, the corruption that governs the world, I threw on some tunes that temporarily made me feel better.
John Cougar..... aint even done with the night...
Mellencamp....human wheels......
Meatloaf......took the words right out of my mouth......
And of course, the best band the world has ever seen or heard.... Rush. No other bands attempt a live performance of a song like this because no other band could.
in my small town growing up, there was a youth center in the basement of the post office where anyone could drop in at any time of the evening to play pool or just hang out on the couches, and I think that Head Games must have been the only album because it was on every time. That was similar, I guess, to a 7hr immersion in The Dead, and it remains one of my all time favorites.
My friends and I did the going on the road with a band thing (after I had gone on the road with a club band, mixing monitors, care and feeding of the guitars and drums) and we did the first part of Xanadu. I had an OBX-a at the time and still have my Moog Taurus pedals, but my Rickenbacker only had one neck.....lol (when I excitedly brought home my first black and white Rick, I put the case on the table and asked mom to open it.... 'that's just like Geddy's, she said). Coming down the hall to my room after one gig, I heard Xanadu on the ghetto blaster and never in a million years would have thought it was us from that night.... our guitar player just f***in' nailed all the harmonics and delays.
One night after the gig the drummer and the guitarist and I stayed in the club to futz around, maybe try writing something. We jammed up a reggae salsa version of YYZ but didn't tell anyone, and we proceeded to play that version the next night. The entire bar stopped dead in its tracks, pool games stopped, barmaids stopped, jaws dropped....and our soundman slumped over on his console, telling the singer "we can't let them jam anymore."
I quit the music thing many years ago, I merely futz around on the couch with my classical, or my 82 Les Paul Custom (in Randy Rhoads alpine white turned creamy yellow). A couple of the guys in the club band I mixed monitors for have carried on, Randy lives in Berlin and tours with Destruction, Al does front of house and road manager for 3 Days Grace. Randy and I spent many hours talking about gear when we roomed together, went out for lunch that turned into all afternoon....... though he teased me when I would watch WWF on Saturday afternoons, writhing all over the bed, 'that's gotta hurt!' I would challenge him to a match and he would always win because he is way shorter than me and would simply grab me around the legs and push me to the ground, 1 2 3 .
It is fun to fall into a youtube rabbit hole and listen to stuff I haven't heard in years or to find new stuff. The girl singer from Poppy Family, Susan Pesklevitz (Jacks) is from here; I like a lot of the late 60s hippy / protest / stuff. Though I am not a big fan of CCR, when it was put into context on Forest Gump (I think....? Senator's Son....), it gives me goosebumps because THEY MEANT THAT SHIT (as Eddie Murphy put it).
Black Lives Matter. You can create an organization that martyrs and frees black criminals who will then go on to murder black children walking to school as well as fellow black criminals. It will do all the dirty work for you and no one will call you racist.
I know you're joking but there are better things to think about. Why not join a church or open the bible, no need to brainstorm a new white supremacy org when you can actually do something productive and moral with your time.
I love her big, hearty laugh in the second video!

Lol she's free to express how she feels. If we shunned more people for bad behavior, society would be better.

God bless this magnificent woman. I wish her all the success in the world. Thanks for sharing, Ann. Really marvelous stuff.
As a POC I totally agree with her sad to say
Ha ha ha, God Bless Her Heart!
People who deal in reality are the shoreline of a peaceful society.
American property owners have lost the right to manage their own business..

It can be done. You can have nice things again. Your dreams can come true.

How long until BLM sends in someone undercover to destroy her business?
