Hunter Biden's Laptop Wasn't the Problem
The media ALWAYS tip the scale for the Democrat. The problem in 2020 wasn't the media (zzzzzzzzzzzzz), it was the candidate.
The best excuse for people who pushed Trump’s “stolen election” claim is that they were only talking about the the media (and dozens of intelligence officers — working for the Trump administration, I note) claiming Hunter’s laptop was “Russian disinformation” and censoring anyone who said otherwise.
It’s a good line, and the censorship of the Post was outrageous, but please stop pretending that constituted “election interference” sufficient to swing an election. It’s nothing but a passable rationalization for people trying to back away from their own "stolen election" claims.
When HASN’T the media been viciously unfair to the Republican nominee?
Hunter was just the candidate’s SON. In 1980, voters were told Reagan (the CANDIDATE) would blow up the world 20x a day.
Here are a few quotes from the NYT alone:
"MUSKIE HINTS AT ENDLESS WARS IF REAGAN IS ELECTED"
"Carter has scored substantially with his repeated intimations that Mr. Reagan is not to be trusted on the question of war."
"[F]our voters in 10 said they were worried that Mr. Reagan might get the nation into a war."
''Reagan scares me, ...'He'd go out with all six-guns blazing. I want to live in a country at peace..."
''People want a stronger and tougher military policy, but they don't want to get blown up..."
"Democrats want to play on growing concerns that Mr. Reagan, the Republican nominee, could get the United States into a war..."
AND YET ... RR won in a landslide. Whining about the media being unfair (No, Really?) is the path to permanent defeat. In 2020, the problem wasn't the media, it was the candidate.
