That was explained in one of their emails to me, 75% goes toward the procedure (paid to the Physician who does it) and the Candidate's "honorarium" payment. 25% goes toward running the service, and referral fees if applicable.

I got emails for each of the 4 Candidates that I funded... the 3 males got their vasectomies within weeks; the 1 female took a bit longer to get her tubal ligation. These were gratifying. Unlike when I make political donations, these gave me instant gratification for having made a real difference.
