The Roman Catholic Church's adulation of the poor and downtrodden has translated into an obnoxious veneration of Third World immigrants. I second Ann's motion to nominate more justices who hail from a Calvinistic worldview. For reasons that baffle the brightest university minds, decades of low-IQ, poverty-producing immigration have not redounded to the benefit of our WASP shareholders.

First off, while you're crucifying the Catholic Church, remember it's the hierarchy doing this, not the congregation. We've been out of synch with "leadership" since the early '60s.

Calvinists don't believe anything you do can save your soul, which is, wow, optimistic. Doubt you're going to find a lot these types nominated in the future.

The movement of Mexicans over the last 5 years has been an exodus back to Mexico. What we have now are South Americans (Venezuelans), African (Sub-Saharan), and Asians (Chinese). When the time comes to deport these people, we can rest assured their fellow Americans will rat them out. I say we deport them all back to the Sudan, along with most of the Administration.

But our problem really isn't the Supreme Court, it's the unelected bureaucrats who run this country, and will gladly spend us into default to house all their newfound "friends". I would note that none of them are legally eligible to vote, but when has that stopped the democrats before? Two hundred twenty ballots with the same handwriting? I don't see a problem there, do you? Four thousand mail in ballots which were never folded (you have to fold them to get them in the envelope)? No problem there.

We need New Zealand type immigration (Do you have a skill we need? Otherwise, scram.) We need to pitch the bureaucracy like Milei's doing in Argentina.

We don't need Supreme Court reform, we need gallows that can accommodate 30 people at a time.

Distinction between RCC clergy and laity noted. The same disconnect exists in the mainstream Protestant churches, too--at least in terms of conservative males of average masculinity finding no home in their feminized denominations.

"We need New Zealand type immigration (Do you have a skill we need? Otherwise, scram.)"

Funny you should mention that; my boss (or at least the guy who hired me before moving on to different pastures) just updated me the other day on his attempt to emigrate to NZ.

He has a civil engineering background and just accepted an offer for the road building division of a large company. :-)

One of my buddies was attempting to emigrate to NZ several years ago, as his ex had taken their children back with her to her hometown. When he attempted he was rejected because he was a teacher (they apparently had enough teachers). He asked them what they were looking for and they said "programmer", so he was in the same shop as me, learning to code. Once he left training, he was gone.

I’m waiting for you to post on Twitter. I have my quotes lined up.

I blocked a lawyer yesterday who chastised me several times on this for believing the Protection Clause and 10A matters.

Typically, if the federal government is not on site, States can fortify, capture and deport.

Trump had to play identity politics in putting Amy Coney Barrett on the high court. There were many better options than her. Kavanaugh has just been ok but has mostly been a younger version of Justice Kennedy who he replaced. Kennedy was another flaky centrist judge who gave us some bad rulings.

You can thank Kavanaugh and Roberts for rewriting the voting rights act in ordering the state of Alabama to take race into consideration to boost black congressional districts when the VRA specifically forbids states from engaging in such activity. I think Alabama is still resisting this terrible ruling but don't know how much success they will have.

Amy Coney Barrett is hardly a diversity hire. Compare her to Jackson and Sotomayor. Or compare her to Kavanaugh. She seems to me just as sharp and knowledgable as most of the Court. Roberts blows in the wind but each member of the Court has their own opinions about things and that is why we have nine justices. Not three or five or seven.

Coney Barrett was one of several female judges that Trump was considering for the high court to replace Ginsburg so identity politics played a role. I didn't say that Barrett wasn't qualified but she clearly isn't above politics as she just proved with her terrible decision to side with the Biden administration over the razor wire fencing in Texas. Like most Republican appointees she fears being viewed as partisan. Democrat appointed judges don't care and rubber stamp anything Democrats wish to do.

I agree with most of what you wrote except your assumption that Coney Barrett's decision in this case was political. I have not seen Coney Barrett make any Court decision based on fear or politics. The law is more nuanced and not binary. Democrats do function as advocates and activists rather than jurists. Coney Barrett is above partisanship and makes her sincere effort to follow the law as written.

SCOTUS it’s comprised of one Marxist, two liberals, two conservatives, one libertarian, and three individuals who would rather be on the DC social circuit, then vote in a constitutional manner. On the other hand, maybe the Democrats have pictures of the three Rinos in compromising positions.

There is no fixing this the millions of Latinos pouring in are more than enough to create a permanent democrat majority. Unless we want to live in a northern hemisphere version of Brazil we must create are own country. America just can’t be salvaged anymore. If you look at the migration patterns now whites are fleeing to the northern Rockies. Alaska & the northern Rockies might form the nucleus of a new country. Non whites will be reluctant to go there because they don’t like cold weather.

"Non whites will be reluctant to go there because they don’t like cold weather."

LOL! I live in the coldest part of the country, 4 months of nasty low temps + lots of snow. Yet we are inundated with countless nonWhites and more coming every day. And they stay, too. The vast majority are not just passing through to southern Cal. or similarly warm places. It's not just Latinos; it is every stripe you can think of. It's not just Mexicans & S. Amerikans sneaking (?) in anymore.

Mostly they go to places with generous welfare benefits the only place I know of that’s cold with generous welfare benefits is Alaska. When the buses come mostly they ask to go to California & New York. I know there are so many now they show up everywhere but that’s where the buses take them

“Maybe we should ease up on the Papists for awhile and try appointing a few Protestants to the Court.”

Since it is the job of SCOTUS to interpret the Constitution and the Constitution was the work of the Founding Fathers and..only three Founders were Papists with the vast majority either Anglican, Presbyterian or Congregational with a smattering of Quakers, Lutherans, and Dutch Reformed...

Maybe not such a crazy idea since it usually takes one- to know one.

It's cool. I guess the old fashioned "rule of law" is dead in this country, and we can all just do whatever we want.

Every state in the country should just start ignoring all federal laws, what's the difference? The White House doesn't listen to the Supreme Court, why should anyone else?

Anarchy, I can live with it; It's better than tyranny!

Those of you who are waiting for "justice to prevail" and save America are going to be sorely disappointed. The Supreme Court is woke for cryin out loud! So are local courts and judges, and so are all the federal agencies... FBI, IRS, DEA, USPS. We cannot win through elections; >51% of voters are low IQ PoC or libtard white women... thus, one man-one vote democracy is not going to save us. And as you can see, the legal system isn't going to save us either. I've said it before and I'll say it again, the only thing that can save us now is the free market and our own private $: https://childfreebc.com/candidates/ - free market, voluntary, and strongly eugenic. I have personally funded and sterilized 4 blacks there, and I donate monthly. I wish all Whites would do so.

There are 100M blacks & browns (the illegals are all black & brown) b/w the ages of 18-40 in the USA. At an average cost of $10,000 per, we could sterilize them all for a mere $1T. While that may sound like a lot, keep in mind that while Whites make up only 8% of the global population, we control 2/3 of global wealthy, or $300T. $1T invested out of that would transform the USA into a utopia, for our children and grandchildren.

Where are the conservative pundits on this? Why aren't they spreading the CBC word? Sure it's controversial -- so what? What do we have to lose at this point? If we can galvanize Whites, we can win the long game through CBC's privatized eugenics program.

" . . . while Whites make up only 8% of the global population, we control 2/3 of global wealth . . ."

I have no problem with your free market, voluntary approach, but the flaw in the above sentence is the flaw in group and racial consciousness generally. "We" don't control anything, a tiny percentage of Whites do, and many of them are our enemies, identifying not as White but as globalist billionaires. They're all in favor of depopulation, of course, and starting to achieve it, but folks like us aren't going to be invited aboard their ark when they blow the dam.

Expand full comment

The "Globalists" are mostly Jews, not Whites. And while a few billion here and there donated to CBC by White billionaires would be nice, it is not needed. The White middle class (i.e. US) still control tremendous wealth. If we all donated even modestly to CBC -- say $20/month -- we could save the West in one generation. Our power is in our #'s and the capital we control... modest as individuals, huge in the aggregate.

I believe your comments are a bit over the top by any POV, but I do understand your frustration of life on this 'rock'.

I suspect you didn't review the website, and are thus passing a knee jerk opinion. Negative, voluntary, privatized eugenics -- like CBC offers -- is beneficial for every single party involved... the woman, the man, the unborn child, and for society. There is no loser in the deal. And it's all voluntary. I think you, like many, automatically associate the word "eugenics" with "forced sterilizations like the Nazis did." That is not what the word means, and that is nothing remotely close to what CBC does. I encourage you to have an open mind and review the site carefully, and then comment.

The CBC websites wasn't what I or many would on impulse think it to be, I agree with you on that.

My other belief is that this world in all of human history has never been any better than it is right now. Less people in poverty now than ever... by a long shot. Why that is is open to debate, but it is so. I'll leave it at that.

"In all of human history has never been any better than it is right now." I think the 1980's might have been the zenith for humanity, and it's been declining ever since, but that is nit-picking... I agree with your overall point.

But what about the DIRECTION the world/the West is headed? That doesn't concern you? Falling IQs, Christianity dying, Whites being replaced in all Western countries, blacks & browns massively out-procreating Whites, rampant social media and porn addiction, obesity skyrocketing. Surely these trends cause you to worry?

SCOTUS has lost a great deal of credibility anyway. They tell in several rulings that only the federal government can make immigration law yet do nothing when states shower illegal aliens with rights and benefits they aren't entitled to yet quickly rule against states who attempt to deprive illegal aliens of rights. SCOTUS has ruled, at least temporarily, that the federal government can facilitate a massive invasion of illegal aliens if they choose and can elect not to enforce immigration law.

Human weakness, can't be stopped or for that matter, killed, with a gun. Both of these justices are weak, corrupt, and..... bought. There is nothing which can solve this problem when constitutional Americans are essentially being cancelled out, literally, by sheer numbers of anti-constitutional immigrants replacing us. Do you believe that Roberts and Barrett feel good about their decisions? Or are they suffering from having no choice in the matter? I would like to believe it's the latter and not the former.

On another matter, I'm glad to have Desantis back at work here at home. We have a war to prepare for.
