My second story was about Sydney Towle — the cute Dartmouth grad, who posted adorable TikTok videos, got a rare cancer, and continued posting during her journey through surgeries and chemo, but was met with a torrent of hate from mean girls accusing her of faking her cancer.
The Times article last October redeemed her.
Yesterday, August 6, 2026, the paper ran her obituary.
