HA! Excellent, Ann. This is the essential way to think about it.
You rightly chastise Republicans who are utterly consumed by the supposed need to do outreach for the black vote because it's not going to change significantly no matter what is done, but I find it odd that the entire DNC is fixated on, as you put it, having everything be all about being "blackity-blackity-black". Or at least it's odd until we realize that they're not talking to black people, they're talking to white liberals. All of the openly racist, anti-white rhetoric is eagerly lapped up by the spineless, self-hating, historically-ignorant whites that the Left has spent the past 60-plus years manufacturing and teaching to hate themselves in the Government schools and through a dishonest media.
They found that White Guilt was an incredibly effective vote-getter for Obama and they're doubling down on it for Heels Up Harris. This is the most effective tool they have and they're using it like never before.
Why bother talking about policy when your policies will drive away voters but White Guilt and open, proud, anti-white racism will bring them in?
